Fall For Greenville
In less than a month, the City of Greenville will close off the streets of downtown for the biggest festival of the year; Fall For Greenville. This year is the 35th year of this outdoor event which brings out the local restaurants, breweries and musicians; as well as visitors from all over.
The festival kicks off on October 13th with a kick off concert that will be held at the Peace Center Amphitheater. The Turnpike Troubadours will be the main event with Mark Webb taking the stage 8:30pm as the opening guest. There will be beer, wine and Pepsi available for purchase as well as food from Highway 301 and Meat’n in the Middle. By Friday evening, all the street downtown will be closed off to vehicle traffic and walking becomes the means of transportation. Starting at 5pm, the vendors/restaurants/beer garden/wine garden/children’s rides and bands will open up for all to enjoy.
